About the role

As an Executive Assistant, you will be the operational backbone of the management team, working closely with the CEO on everything from investor presentations to cross-functional projects. You will combine strategic insight with operational discipline to increase efficiency throughout the organization. This is a fixed-term position from August 2026 to April 2027.

Responsibilities

The role entails broad responsibility for supporting the management team both operationally and strategically, with a special focus on project management, communication, and technical efficiency through AI.

• Manage the CEO's calendar, travel planning, and meeting preparations.
• Produce high-quality presentations for board meetings and investor updates.
• Drive cross-functional projects.
• Draft and quality-assure internal and external communications on behalf of the management team.
• Use AI tools daily to analyze data and streamline workflows.
• Identify opportunities where AI can enhance the quality of the team's deliverables.

We are looking for you who

• Have a few years of experience in executive support, project management, or management consulting.
• Have advanced knowledge of AI tools for daily work.
• Are very proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Sheets.
• Have fluent spoken and written skills in Swedish and English.
• Have a strong ability to drive projects independently and structure complex goals.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience from retail, fashion, or fast-moving consumer goods (DTC).
• Knowledge of tools such as Asana, Slack, Notion, or Figma.
• Experience in building your own automations and workflows using AI.
